Q. What Is The Deposit?
The deposit is a minimum of the 1st month's rent, depending upon your income, rental history, criminal background, employement history, and credit.
Q. What is Your Pet Policy
Animals listed by the insurance industry as aggressive (Pit Bull, Rottweiler, German Shepard, Akita, Sharpei, Mastiff, Chow, Presa Canario, Wolf hybrids, etc.) will not be permitted. Other pets if permitted must register and pay a $200 deposit (refundable) per pet, plus pay a minimum $35 additional rent per month when permitted.
Q. How Long is the Lease?
Our Lease for the Property is 12 Months, unless otherwise specified.
Q. Is there a credit check ?
Yes, at the point you want to rent the property, a credit check is done by this office. The fee is $20 non-refundable.
Q. When Can I view the property?
Based on the property, there are 2 options. One is that you can leave a $40 Refundable Deposit and come down to our office to get the key (Current Driver's License is Required) . The second option is to call our office and set up a schedule with us to view the property.
